Anteosaurus magnificus

Anteosaurus magnificus was the giant predatory animal that lived in the middle of the Southern Africa. The length of the skull was about 80 centimetres and the total length was about six meters and the weight of the Anteosaurus magnificus was 600 kilograms.
The skull of animals was massive and big. And the old representatives of these dinosaurs had short and tall face while the young creatures had the long and low face.
These animals had different kinds of teeth destined to cut and chew the food first of all animal's food as it was rather hard to chew. The skeleton was light and the body was rather short and the tail was not rather long. This feature was used for the heat keeping.
The arms of these dinosaurs were longer than their legs. Probably these dinosaurs lived in the forests along the shores of the rivers. And the young representatives could eat the little food in the water or at the bank of the rivers.
And of course there are examples when Anteosaurus magnificus used the methods of battle during the season. They were pushing each other with their heads. But the skull was not so hard. That is why this point is doubtful.
The only known fact about the Anteosaurus magnificus is characterised by the area of Tapinocephalus that existed about 265 million years ago. And there may be also separate species of Anteosaurus magnificus that lived in Bofor.
